the project questions the methods of exposition, communication, and transmission of information. We built a portable exhibit stand that can be folded, carried or even rolled. The stand, in between model and pavilion, is a testimony of our interests and passions. We exposed the project in a public square in order to evaluate how captivating the object was.
The Wooden Tower is a space of rest, isolating all senses from the chaotic world that surrounds us, a place where the wind and light flow freely through the volume. Where your vision is limited and directed towards the heavens.
We often lay down in the neighborhood park over lunchtime to escape for a minute. Why not lay in our own personal wooden tower? Letting nature make contact with our being and reconnecting us to our inner self.
